Terms and conditions :
1. After the deposit payment is made, the clients agrees to the following terms and conditions.
2. Each package requires two or three payments: a deposit, a second payment before the ceremony, and a final payment upon album delivery. The amount to be paid depends on the package and the minimum deposit is RM200.
3. If the client cancels the reservation with minimum deposit amount, the deposit will not be refunded.
4. The album / video is expected to be ready between 14 to 60 days after the event.
5. Completed albums, videos, and soft copies must be claimed within one month of completion. It is beyond my responsibility if there is any damage or loss after the completion date.
